Dave is the owner and president of Dave Reed's Kinetic Symmetry, Inc., a health and fitness based company that is dedicated to helping people of all walks of life achieve a higher quality of life through the treatment and prevention of muscular imbalances.
Dave holds a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and has been professionally helping people improve their fitness and quality of life since 1996 as a personal trainer and health educator. Since 2000 Dave has been certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Instructor. Through out his career he has been a guest speaker for many ACSM certification workshops and Universities. One of Dave's greatest career accomplishments was serving as the Assistant Director for the well-respected National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) in Indianapolis for 4 years!
In his never ending pursuit of knowledge, Dave enrolled in the prestigious MAT internship in 2004. In the summer of 2005, Dave became the 168th MAT Certified Specialist WORLDWIDE. Dave's clients include many of Indy's most well known athletes and individuals. He has also done consulting work with the Indiana Pacers in 2006.
